No returns or exchanges for individual items
Because our bundle deals are sold as one complete package, we do not accept returns or exchanges for individual products within the bundle.
Items cannot be separated, swapped, exchanged for another product, or returned individually once the bundle has been purchased.
Faulty or damaged items
If any item in your bundle arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Clear photos or videos of the faulty item
A short description of the issue
Photos of the packaging
If the item arrived damaged
Once we review the issue, we may offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund where required.
Conditions for reporting a fault
Faults must be reported within 7 Days after delivery. The product must not have been damaged through misuse, incorrect assembly, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to inspect the item or request evidence before approving any replacement, repair, or refund.
Bundle returns
If a full bundle return is approved, all items included in the original bundle must be returned together, unused where possible, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
We cannot accept a full bundle return if items are missing from the package, unless the issue has been agreed with us in advance.
Change of mind
